Reading IDW
I love reading the comics, especially the humors and the sarcastic remarks, but they can get somewhat confusing. What I am mostly confused by, is the timeline. When reading the comics, what's better? Chronological order? or Published order?

Scroll down to the chronological order

Re: Reading IDW
I have always believed that reading comics with multiple arcs/storylines, its always better to read in publishing order. This is how they were created and a lot of times even storys that happen prior to another arc have references or make more sense knowing how things are in the future.

Re: Reading IDW
Funny i was thinking the exact same yesterday. But i already read all the RID, CW, and Windblade, and now i'm going back to start on MTMTE. I wish the app i used was smarter and could tell me not just what is next in the series, but also parrallel storylines

I agree, publishing order is much better than chronological. Reading the stories as they were intended to be presented to the reader is always the best way to go.

Re: Reading IDW
I've searched and I can't seem to find the Published order of the released comics. Speaking of comics, I am at issue 34 of RID, do I have a lot left before I catch up with the current issue?

That has the publishing order of all the series. It doesn't go into specifics of each Spotlight issue, but if you follow the Spotlight link, it will show you when each were published also.
