Re: Images of Hasbro Version MP Grimlock

well paint him magenta and call him Barney x3

eh I don't have Grimlock as of yet, and any way to lighten the load of TFcon spending is fine by me XD

I mean seriously...what's the problem with just getting parts from the Takara grimmy recast for this one? ^^

Too true! If I ever have kids, I will spend whatever money it takes to buy those old, last FOREVER, metal Tonka Trucks.

"Here ya go Son, it's called a Dump Truck. It holds dirt. What? Don't give me that look! Now get the hell outside and don't come in until you are completely worn out and covered in dirt, head to toe."

God those trucks were awesome. You'd break before they did.

I was surprised to find out they still sell them. I thought for sure they had stopped producing them.

Back to Grims...he dosen't TF EXACTLY like G1. I don't know why something has to be over-complicated to make it better!?!? Just sit back and enjoy...its a freakin toy.

He looks great! So the teeth aren't sharp, they still look pointy at a glance (Lord knows I can't/won't import the Takara one just for sharp teeth). I applaud Hasbro for giving us such a spectacular figure!

You said it Mal, I always said nothing would stand in my way of getting an MP-Grimlock and, with a price like that, I am even more comitted to adding Grimlock to the TF army!

Not better but it is for adult collectors with a not so cheap price tag thus some 2009 ingenuity would be appreciated, depends on what floats your boat with these guys.
IE: would you spend the same amount on the old iphone with less features than the newer version ??? I enjoy complicated dare i say adult transformations, as for tonka i remember how heavy they were and yet rid fortress maximus never made it here!!!!

I like all Grimlocks!
I have my Takara one but would pick this up if I found it on sale.

Unless you leave them in the rain, then they rust quite badly. Local toy show I go to has them every once in a while. They want $80 for a rusted out one. Makes me glad my parents never let me take them outside.
