If you like it keep it, if not sell it....

Here's my take on this. If you don't want something, all you really need is one reason to get rid of it. It doesn't even have to be a good reason.

If you go looking for more reasons, then at heart you don't want to get rid of it, and should keep it.

This applies to action figures, toys, movies, pets, CDs, appliances, that unknown thing that's been sitting there in the fridge, cars, jobs, etc.

edit: But back the the original topic. Animated Leader Megatron is actually a pretty sweet figure. I'd suggest keeping it.

For $20 I think it's a great deal.

Re: Animated Leader Megatron

Why would you buy a toy you're not even sure you want? When I buy something, that's because I want it, not because someone else told me it would be cool to have and much less because someone will tell me after the fact if I should keep it or not... Make your own decisions man!

Re: Animated Leader Megatron

Liked every bit of him, especially the two stage cannon. BTW: Does this feature actually make him shoot further than other toys with missiles?

well, I think similar situation happened when
"impulse" told us that $20 for a leader class, must be a good buy ,but might not be a "right one" while there is no other favorite at that time. Let's say you are looking for the movie Revenge figure while there is nothing left but only Animated Megatron leader class on the shelf for $20 bucks...

I think the more we say it is a good figures or good toy review, does help the person keep his toy . We mentally raise his recognition for the toy. It is not misleading but building up the level of likeness.

I hope the local TRU still has him. I really want them. My Animated selection is very small.

Re: Animated Leader Megatron

In the end, What's $20? My bar bills usually aren't even that cheap.

Cheers!

I bought Stratosphere the other day. Should I keep him or return him?

I bought RPM cars the other week. Should I keep them or return them?

I bought WM Skywarp and Ramjet the other week. Should I keep them or return them?

I bought Devastator the other week. Should I keep him or return him?

Only you can decide if you like a toy or not. Open it (without destroying the box), if you don't like it, return it (even if you're against the concept). Or learn to live with your impulse buys.

Myself, I'm not too impressed with that particular figure. Transformation is too easy/lazy. At least both modes are clean looking. I prefer Ultra Magnus and Bulkhead.
