CybFest NW (replacing the old Cybcon show) is taking place on August 18th in Kent, Washington. A bunch of us went down to Cybcon last year, and it was a fun trip, and the dealer room had some good deals. Looking forward to the new show this August.

I think Venksta just miskeyed the date. This says it's Aug 16th, which is a Saturday.

Woohoo! This was a riot last year, so I'm in again for this year. I'll just plant the seed now, in case anyone might be interested in car pooling.

I caved and got it anyways...still not entirely sure if I like it or not. Interesting transformation though. The gun looks stupid because of where they put the peg.

If its looks like the back of the box prototype/teshot photo, I'll probably pick on up, especially if it has the faceplate version of the head.

Dude, I was thinking the same thing. Then it hit me, its a total G1 toy tribute to how the early versions of G1 Optimus' rifle peg was in the middle of the gun.

Haha...never thought of it that way. That being said, the gun looks silly with the trigger all the way up above his fist lol.
