Holy Crap! I can't believe he's got an actual cloth cape! I could be wrong, but I think that's a total first for TFs (American-released ones, definitely). I've not bought a Bayformers Megatron yet, 'cause all the previous ones looked like crap to me. I'm glad I waited.
... and he's got Scourge/Black Convoy's alt mode. I'm actually a little excited about DotM now... !

The figure looks very good, though some more paint could go a long way (this is a prototype after all if I'm not mistaken).
On another note, I don't like the box, it looks like the first movie's Leader class boxes. But when have I ever cared about such things. As long as the figure looks good I'm happy.

I don't think it's a cloth cape, looks like molded plastic.

Rubber cape, not cloth. 
Box size will allow for bigger figures, remember...
