I too am on the same boat. I called TRU today to confirm if they received my email but the rep said they are handled by the management team and usually takes 24/48 hours for a response. I will give them one more day as I am sure they are backlogged in their inbox from all the emails we've been sending them.

I emailed them this morning to give the 25% off a try on my preorder and someone got back to me this afternoon saying that they would refund the $30 in the next 2 -3 days...

Doesn't hurt to ask and kindness did help... and now the wait!

So do u guys just give them the code? Does whoever received the email know what it is? I sent them an email with the code HASBRO25PD, but I forgot the ask for 25%....but just asked to apply the code. Do they actually know what the code is?

If they're saying the next 2-3 days hopefully that means he's almost ready to ship since the refund/credit is applied after notice of shipment. Fingers crossed.

Take this with a grain of salt. I called in to a local store and while the store didn't have any stock at the time, the store associate told me that there wouldn't be much stock coming in until September due to the high volume of pre-orders.

The exciting news was he said that stock for the web orders had already arrived in the warehouse (not sure how he knew this).

Hopefully this is true and we finally get our SWs!!!
