Classics Optimus Prime

Hey so long story short remember everyone's favourite classics toy that was the optimus prime with the gimmick that makes it spin like a windmill?

My question is i really kinda like this toy but hate the gimmick so is there any way to disable the spinning waist gimmick?

Re: Classics Optimus Prime

Pull the lever on his back until you hear a click. Push it forward again to re-enable.

Re: Classics Optimus Prime

Are you referring to the deluxe size version of Prime that came in a 2 pack with a green tank Megatron ?
If so what I did was super glue the waist to remove the spin action. I can't transform him but his bot mode is so much better than his truck mode and I have lots of other Prime vehicle modes that are much better like Deluxe Laser Prime from the HFTD series.

Re: Classics Optimus Prime

Yeah, as mentioned above, there's a built-in way to lock Prime's torso. No need for glue.
