Doing the rebuy and return of the original full-priced set I had from November at WM in-store was the stuff of nightmares. Only 50% of the orders they send me arrive with a packing slip, and none for that order. Denied outright at one store even with my order number email paper because the barcode did not work in-store. Second store took 20 minutes but finally processed it. Hard to find good help these days.
