Those Starscream sparkles tickle me in just the right way.

While these are pretty cool, they cost over $70 each. At that price, the appeal is gone for me...

Yeah, Big Bad Toy Store has them listed at $55 USD. That converts to around $70 CAD for us. And with current Canadian price trends, we currently have to pay more with Canadian retailers. Ages 3 and Up has Prime for $80 and a few other stores have him for $75. Ridiculous pricing for what these are. That's a 150% hard pass for me.

Re: Super 7 Ultimates Transformers Wave 1 In-Package Images

I like Super 7 Ultimates in general (outside of pricing). I have the 4 turtles from TMNT and almost all the Thundercats they have released.

Although I generally like the look of everything Super 7 Ultimates, these Transformers Ultimates miss the mark for me. I'm not sure what it is, but I generally don't care for the look of these figures. Wave 2 looks a bit better to me, but even then I don't love the looks, so these will be a pass for me (especially at this price).

I've seen some interviews and they say the pricing is related to the limited production runs they do. They only make as much as they have pre-orders for and they generally are not sold in retail unlike Neca figures, so the volumes are small.

LOL I forgot about these

Only ones I'd maybe give a damn about are the Banzai-Tron (ACTIONMASTERZ) and maybe the Bombshell (lookin unabashedly like his EU ActionMaster self)

but at 70 a pop? I'd have to see what sites are sellin em
