Though sometimes when looking for selects or a collab item, got to use different criteria

I almost never use search because TRU.ca is so terrible and unreliable. I just use the "Brands" tab from that blue nav ribbon near the top of the page. Transformers is in the second row of highlighted brands, so you don't even need to use the alphabetical selector options.

That doesn’t work, it also only shows the 8 playskool products.

EDIT: ironically, searching for ‘Rescue Bots’ returns 14 hits.

silly question -
I have a raincheque for SS Grimlock.

How would I take advantage of that while ordering online?

Would I need to purchase, then go back to the store to get a refund? Can I even do this during the shutdown in ontario?

Yes, you would need to buy online and then take Grimlock into the store to get the refund. Basically they would return it and then sell it to you at the sale price.

As for whether you can do it with Ontario's stay at home orders, it would seem doubtful that you could do it currently. But the rain check is usually good for a few months. Just don't free Grimlock from his cardboard prison until everything is done.

Previous lock down TRU had a cash register at the front door, to help with purchases, pickups etc .... but no refunds, so you may need to wait.

When the stores opened up briefly in March, I return some xmas stuff no problem, even though the return window closed on Jan 31st.

You have to get a refund at the store but only when it opens up again. But your raincheck has a date on it so you can bring it later to show that you purchased it when your raincheck was valid.

Thanks. I added Buzzworthy Spike and Daniel to the Shopping Cart and it came to 75.85 after shipping and taxes. Sighed, and hit cancel.
