Every Hour of Every Day. My entire home office is stuffed with Transformers and Lego Castles/Ships. Since I work from home and in a creative field, I like to be surrounded by creativity.
Don't get me wrong, it's not messy, its all in glass display cases. I'll post pics one day.

Since my collection is all in my room I see most of it every day, since a good third of it is in 2 cabinets with full doors. But I usually look at a few times a week.
I always think that I need a computer room with a few curios cabinet to enjoy my collection, in due time.

Once a year.
Its all in storage.
Between Christmas and New Years I like to haul it all out and re-organize it.
Otherwise its happy and healthy boxed away in storage.

My clothes are in the closet which is in the room that houses my whole collections. So every morning I look at something in my room for bit as I start my day

When I lived at my parent's place, I had the majority of my collection on display shelves. I'd probably stop and marvel at it or fiddle around with it maybe 2 to 3 times per day. Right now its all in storage crates since I don't have the room. But eventually it'll be back out on display and I'll probably interact with it on a daily basis again.
On the other hand, if I get a particular figure into a very awesome pose, it might just sit there being all awesome for months, me being too afraid to mess up the awesome pose.

Somedays my plastic crack is the only thing to look forward to at work  .

It was such a nice evening I took a bunch of my tf's outside on the deck and had some nice one-on-one time with them. Relaxing with a beer, kids in bed, wifey on the phone. Just me and my toys!

That used to be me... then I got really, really PO'd one day and packed them all up in case I quit the next day.
