Not mine. Couldn't get the gun to peg in at all. Had to wrap the fingers around it and they barely held the weight of the betrayal gun. Very loose fingers.

^^ Sorry to hear. I just tried both sword and gun with the fingers open to see if they peg in properly on the right hand and they stay without issue. Helmet is a bit snug so I know I'll use that once for pics and into the accessory drawer it goes

^^ Nope. My fingers are good enough for me. Have him holding Kremzeek in one and Vector Sigma Key in the other. You should have waited 2 more minutes and you would have got my Apollyon lol

Re: Sponsor News: Apollyon now in stock at Madhaus Toys

Just got mine yesterday. My girlfriend signed for it and then left it in the garage because she was packing stuff into the car when the delivery came. When I got home in the afternoon, I didn't think to look in the garage (why would I) and she forget to mention it when we talked throughout the day (many times I might add). I only found out when she got home late at night....

Big big big shout out to Madhaus Toys and Slayback. I ordered this on Friday and received it Tuesday, will definately be on the lookout for future figure availability from them.

Anyway, I opened it this morning and this guy is awesome. I'm mostly a fan of G1 and my masterpiece collection consists of just those characters. I didn't pick up Star Saber, Exhaust, and have no intention of getting Road Rage either; I just don't have any memories of those characters.

That being said, my display was never going to be complete until there was a Megatron stand-in. It's not perfect, I doubt any figure ever will be; even when many people agree that a particular one is an excellent piece, QC issues can pop up in any unlucky person's individual figure. I also don't transform my figures many times, I usually just do it once when I first open the box and then pose it; never to be touched again. I probably will never transform Apollyon, just because I really love his look in robot form and have never been a gun person. Based on some videos I've seen online, I doubt the process of transforming him will make me enjoy this figure more than I do at the moment and that's good enough for me.

I'm sorry for the long rant, I just wanted to advise anyone that is the type of collector that I am. I fell back into Transformers in July of last year (so exactly 1 year ago) and although I do want quality figures, I don't need my figures to be absolutely perfect in every form and am more concerned with how they fit into my collection rather than how they compare to past or present releases. I missed out on the Quakewave release and I didn't want to miss out again, I'm glad I got this figure and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an MP Megatron stand-in, but I can't speak about it's gun mode.

So, now I need to figure out how to get that plug out and get a nice Decepticon symbol on his chest. Question for those that have done it. Did you put a clear symbol sticker or a reflective one (silver/mirror)? I'm thinking the clear one will let the metallic paint from the figure shine through and that's what I'm leaning towards, but was hoping for any experienced feedback.

If you got this far, thanks for taking the time

I went clear but I think silver looks better.

Try a pair of plyers and twist back and forth. Some are easy.

I went with clear but IMO the clear would look better than the silver. I like the silver of his chest to come through

I went with a purple and white one to match Soundwaves and both my plugs came out with out any force just with my fingers so I am not sure why so many have problems
