Damn, that really sucks.

Kinda backs up my theory that we're getting the customer return rejects from the US though, and that's why it took a so long and every single one has labels stuck on the box. Just a theory though, there's really no explanation for how badly Amazon botched this release.

But I will place a lot of blame on Hasbro for issuing so many lines of very similar toys.

Ridiculous.

47 different "Bumblebees" available for sale at the same time? Ridiculous.

Slight variances of "battle damage" vs. "clean"? Ridiculous.

Not excusing the toy swappers; They can f@ck off and die a slow painful death in their lonely basement.

Yes. It was clearly a professional job too, they pulled the box open carefully, removed the labels that were on the outside of the box, repaired it with tape and replaced the Earthrise figures with Siege figures.

It was highly infuriating.

This was supposed to be a brand new item, not some return resend. Any returns should not be put back up for sale.

Let us know how they compensate you...should be 100%+...recommend calling them directly, not using online chat, you get US customer service who have been more generous lately.

Why would I want anything more than a complete refund? I'm this close to outright closing my Amazon account and refusing to give them any more of my business. Fuck Amazon Exclusives in general, I'd give my money to an honest fellow collector for one of these over that bullshit company any day of the week at this point.
