Re: Zeta ZV-02 Core Star (Unicron)

if you got the funds, get them both:

haslab's unicron for planet mode
zeta's core star for robot mode

and you will live happily ever after

And since they've gone all-in so to speak, emotionally and financially, they take that criticism as criticism of themselves and their life choices rather than just criticism of the product.

The tone is so blatantly defensive.

At least that's what I'm subjectively seeing.
I agree and can see that argument but not my style. IF I had gone in on Haslab and people didn't like it they could go jump in the lake as far as I'm concerned. Now I will say I am going for Zeta because I like it better and fell I get more bang for my buck. If ppl don't like it then see above instructions

I'm actually considering this. I'm all in for Haslab already and I really like the look of Zeta's robot mode. I have no family or pets to take care of so whatever I make is all mine. I'll wait for final price/colours/release date to make my final decision

Re: Zeta ZV-02 Core Star (Unicron)

Both are too short in my book, but HasLab's version never really got me hooked onto anything about it apart from the clean planet mode. Robot mode leg shingles are a huge eyesore, face was never quite right, removable face and chin are a joke. For the price they're asking for it could've been way better engineered.

Zeta gets my money because even though it's still too short, bot mode cleans up much nicer with the better engineering and the face looks right to me with their version. LED's are a nice touch of icing as well.

Truthfully, though it's a stand-in. If someone makes an OS KO of the Zeta one (ideally at least 4 ft in my mind to be in proper scale with most of our respective collections), I'll gladly make it rain for that one.

Imagine having a 4ft Transformer in your house, it would be kind of creepy

How about a 5' one? Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to take a pee and accidentally bumping into that?

I swear it would have to be at least 15 ft if it was to scale with most collections.

Is this the guy who ended up hiring local prostitutes to do a photoshoot with it? I remember there being some drama on TFW2005 a while back about it lol.

Really? I had no idea. I just remembered someone made a big devy a while back and did a google image search for it.

Big Devy knows how to party. Hookers and energon blow all the way... I guess.
