Just got my email for AS.. charged and shipped. HST was adjusted, but shipping seemed to be the same.

Well, if a bunch of us didn't get the SW email then I'm not going to worry about it. If I'd been the only one, that's maybe concerning, but several of us means it's likely a process issue with how the emails were sent out.

I had two orders for SW but only got one e-mail about the possible shipment pertaining to my LATER order (25% off). My original order (which was made on day 1 of the preorder sale) had no e-mail. I suspect it'll eventually come as they'll have hundreds of e-mails to send out. I wouldn't worry if you haven't gotten an e-mail.

I'm just freakin' glad to hear that there are emails being sent out. The most frustration part of this Pre-order is being in the dark about what is going on. I would have felt a whole lot better about it if there was a date in the status of my order info. "Late September" not "X--GETDATE--X". WTF, makes you think it's broken or something.

Then the day after you pre-order it shows up on a shelf...but not that you can get your hands on it. They totally used a pre-order to gauge quantities for a re-stock. That completely defeats the purpose of a pre-order. It kind of makes you feel like a chump.

Sorry, I wasn't planning to rant but seriously...

How is he QC wise? I watched a few youtube reviews and some said he had issues but didn't point out where. Also I haven't received a email either and I was a day one I'm sure there getting notifications out just maybe a huge volume to deal with. I will be interested to see if they fill all the orders and how many will be heading back to TRU because people ordered multiple
