Preodered Smokescreen and Arcee back in July and order got cancelled without notice just yesterday. Trash Walmart preorder, never will I ever order from them again. Why is the items going to people that didn’t even place preorder. Trash service, even called their customers service and they just talk like a robot with strong accent that I can’t even understand wtf they are saying. Be warned! Don’t preorder anything from Walmart if u want to treat like u are nobody and just another customer. Also for Netflix Bumblebee, don’t even bother with Walmart, just order online elsewhere. I probably won’t ever buy anything from Walmart.ca again. Even Amazon has 10x better service than they do honestly. I have three orders cancelled by the ways. This is one of them, and then Voyager Quintesson, and another order of Snapdragon

That's pretty shitty I ordered Smokescreen when he popped up two weeks ago and I picked him up two days ago.

Hmm... My Allicon pre-order from March seems to be on the move.
I made another order in September when they were shown as "in-stock" and I received those promptly.

I'm still waiting for my ER Smokescreen that I pre-ordered in May. I found one in-store, so I'd like to cancel the pre-order, but walmart.ca won't let me because it's been "in progress" since early September, which is also when they charged my credit card for it.

Has anyone else experienced this? It wouldn't bother me so much if my credit card hadn't been charged, but they have basically taken money from me without sending the promised product (possibly through no fault of their own, but still....). The website management tool tells me it's "in progress" with no actual useful options to get my money back other than waiting for the product to arrive and then returning it.

Has anyone had success talking with a real person and getting a refund? I've also got an ER Sunstreaker stuck in the same "in progress" limbo with them.

i had the same sunstreaker issue. after a lil over a week the pending charge went away (no charge) but the fig was still in progress. I called and had them cancel over phone without issue. Got sunstreaker and the rest of wave 3 elsewhere
