TFTM Voyager Ironhide- the blue connecter that holds the backpack just broke randomly one day so now he can't have his backpack in robot mode
TFTM Swindle- One of the doors broke rihgt off the ball joint so now I have to put it on in car mode and hes missing a door in robot mode
TFTM Classic BB- his leg joint at the knee broke glue fixed it but its really loose and falls out alot now
Aramda Red Alert- Left arm poped out of the soket and now it won't stay back in
RID Prowl- both doors broke at the ball joint simmilar to my swindle
RTS Wreck Gar-one of his Antena broke off when putting his head into his body for bike mode
Beast wars Grimlock- GPS nuff said

Biggest cheese off ever-ROTF Bludgeon put his sword in his hand and the hand broke right in half so know he can't hold any weapons in his right hand

I recently broke one of Thundershred weapon (not the short blade, but the 2nd part of it). I broke a pin on GF Soundwave the 1st time I tried to put it back in jetmode, and the head of Sinnertwin splitted in half, one still attached to the robot, the other part stuck in Hun-Grr leg.
