Man, that sucks. I've never had a bad experience with an online retailer that bad before. Wow!
I checked out the site and it looks sketchy, but the prices in the Classics/Henkai section are pretty good and that's kind of sketchy too. I couldn't find any info about where they are located, the spelling on some stuff is wrong, and the buyer feedback is very very mixed. I Definitely won't be buying anything from them now or in the future.

Furniture store? Wtf? Messed up. Yeah, I had a similar experience early on too, in my case, I should of combed through the feedback to see recently despite all the positive feedback there's been a growing amount of negative ones. And I like you, I got back less than half of what I spent.
