Combiner Wars Viper GI JOE crossover?

How in seven moons did this cool figure get under my radar? I would love to pick this thing up, but I'm sure it's long gone from shelves now. Legends have been pretty hard to find locally for me; the last one I had to order on amazon, Blackjack (whom I ended up selling in the end). But this cool looking Cobra Rattler lookalike would have been a great novelty.

Anybody have one?

I once saw one in the wild and am kicking myself for not picking it up as it is long gone from my area as well.

Well whaddaya know...checked out a Walmart in Nanaimo, and BAM!...picked up Viper!

You know, we do it all the time: complain about the 'hunt' and such, but I can tell you this is the second time I found some TFs in the wild and it totally beats the online rush

I had a good feeling for some reason, hoping to find a Shockwave. No luck there, but at least they had some other CW Legends...I was considering buying another Bombshell if I stumbled onto one, but after selling mine a few months back decided against it. If they had only chosen to do a Legends set of those three Insecticons, that woulda been....legend.

So I found Viper some five months later...who knows, perhaps a Shockwave will be in my future! Viper is one of the 'one off' purchases...I love the early Cobra stuff, especially the Rattler.

In terms of happiness, I can say I was just as thrilled about Viper as I was about my MPs arriving in the mail! Weird, I know.

There was a Legends Groove, which I considered picking up if anyone here needed one but I'm not up on the CW Autobot stuff. There was a ton of Skywarps...Rodimusi.

He is a great one off type figure and never seen more at all after that. DuG found a couple in Sudbury I remember that and with any luck people may start finding him now as there have been a few other sightings the last few days. Tropp building him went in another direction let's say...

At $12 a pop, I'd pick up more than one just for the hell of it, why not

But something tells me I won't find another anytime soon. I have my sights set on Shockwave now...

I picked up a Viper today and I'm so happy to finally get my hands on him -- and not at some exorbitant Ebay price. This thing is such a cool little novelty. I'd love to see more TF/G.I. Joe crossover/homage toys like this. Even some kind of Human Alliance concept that pairs up a TF vehicle with a G.I. Joe rider.
