So it looks like G1 Perceptor with more articulation and an updated face, about 6 inches tall.

I would guess that "Mugen Scope" (aka Fantasy Scope) is Perceptor, Akuma Scope (aka Devil Scope) is the black repaint (Magnificus, aka SG Perceptor) and "The Surgeon" would be a reference to Dark of the Moon Scalpel?

All it needs to do is transform better and it's decided.

My money's on "The Surgeon" being Stalker It'll give Percy's tank mode a reason to exist, just replace the scope w/ a big missile.

my guess is

mugen scope= microscope mode
akuma scope= the funny looking g1 perceptor/microman tank mode
the surgeon= bot mode
