I will never give up TFs for HTs. They are 2 different kind of collections. You probably won't see a HT that can transform, and never 5 HTs that can combine into a better figure.
It's like saying "I'm giving up reading because TV is so much fun".

Say what you will but I am definitely adding this to the collection. It will help fill the space from getting rid of all the crap hasblow has been producing lately.

Re: Hello Hot Toys, Bye Bye Cash!!!!!

Is this really any better than MP-10?

For me, I'd rather have a Transformers that transforms, especially for the roughly $300+ price tag this is going to demand. I mean what would you rather spend your money on, something like say the Maketoys Metroplex, maybe a Genisis, or Quantron?

Re: Hello Hot Toys, Bye Bye Cash!!!!!

To be fair. Hot Toys market is not really a company that wants to produce action figures. They want to create higher end full replicas homages of what ever franchise they target. We have been getting non transforming items for along time now and this is just another addition to the lot. Titanium, Mighty Muggs, Funko, Revoltech and Ultimetal to name just a few.
Does this fit into my collection I have asked myself. I'd rather spend the extra and get the Ultimetal but then again I didn't do that either.

If it don't transform, it ain't a transformer. There are lots of great non-transforming toys out the. Some of the 3A stuff comes to mind. Personally, not interested in that either.
