Guber, not Gruber. Guber has been a big part of TFcon for many years now. If you have never met him, then I genuinely feel sorry for you on a multitude of levels.

That isn't an excuse to invade personal space, if I had better reaction time and didn't want to ruin other attendee's time, I may of slugged him for making my sister completely uncomfortable. We don't know him, and thrusting your phone in our faces all ' It's Guber, It's Guber" will not make us start like him anytime in the future.

I get it, he's a a friend to a bunch to yah, but you can't expect everyone that attends the event to know this person especially outside of the boards.

In Guber's defense, I don't think he had the capability to physically thrust the video-call into random people's faces. I would wonder more about the person carrying the phone...

I have a sneaking suspicion that it was probably me that was walking around with the phone with Guber on it. I think he did Skype with other people but your description of someone walking around with their phone sounds like it covers me.

No ill will was intended whatsoever; I was walking him around the con and showing stuff off for him/giving him the opportunity to say hi to people/showing off cool stuff. If it was being shoved closely it was probably because the ambient audio was drowning him out on my phone speaker.

Clearly I made you guys feel uncomfortable and for that I apologize. This was most definitely not my intention.

I didn't mean Guber himself, of course he couldn't. I did speak to him in 2012 and he seems like a good guy. I also cannot say who the phone holder was, wether it was you or another, I don't know what you all look like outside of the internet.

It's fine now, it was awkward and uncomfortable each invading the personal bubble. If it was you. Again I don't know what user it was.

For the record I had the same complaint but it wasn't the booth that reeked, it was the dude sitting in front that either never bathes or pinched one off or both. My friend and I encountered him a few times in other locations with the same end result of dry heaving!
