Re: Kamen Rider: which ones to watch?

Kamen Rider OOO is a good show. I watched episode 9. However, when I checked for episode 10 of Kamen Rider OOO, it was not available on Youtube.

Who agrees with any of my statements?

Re: Kamen Rider: which ones to watch?

Decade wasn't that hard for me to follow. I just finished up the seris & movies today.
I didn't enjoy it as much as W, but it was still pretty good.
I'm moving on to Kiva now (yeah I'm working my way backwards)
After watching all of Decade, I'm actully looking forward to Den-O.
Momo is fucking hilarious, so I hope that keeps up in Den-O

Re: Kamen Rider: which ones to watch?

If you do decide to watch Den-O, I'd suggest skipping Climax Deka. The first movie, I'm Born and Final Count down are the ones that are worth watching IMO.

Damn you all! Because of all of the Kamen Rider talk I have been hearing, not only from you guys and Vangelus and the WTF@TFW crew, but from other people I know as well. I just yesterday watched the first movie that Protoman recommended and... I am now hooked.

Thread title should just be chaned to "God dammit, Vangelus..."
Everybody will know what the thread is about, haha

Either way, I have so much stuff to watch, and so little time. I have resorted to putting shows on my phone to watch. Granted, my phone makes any video I put on it look sexy as hell. I have time to watch stuff on my phone, since I spend 2hrs each day on the bus/train >_<

Kamen Rider will be put onto my phone, just as soon as I finish Masterforce (Yes I have never finished that series, don't kill me! )

Re: Kamen Rider: which ones to watch?

Ok, so I started watching Kiva, could someone explain to me me how Kiva goes from the character in the show, to what we saw in Decade? or is that something that happens in the show.
So far I'm not really digging Kiva & i think this could be the reason.

The Wataru in the beginning and the kid in the series aren't related, the older Wataru in the beginning episode is telling Decade that he must save the 9 worlds blah blah blah. The kid is an alternate universe version of Wataru.

Pretty much in Decade the worlds he was jumping too and from are alternate universes of the series that were broadcast from 2001-2009 And Decade himself in the series is an alternate universe version of the real decade (or viceversa I cant remember which ones the real and which ones the alternate) who's trying to destroy the normal universe rider worlds. Hence why in every episode when he goes into a new world they all yell out "Decade Destroyer of worlds!" and Tsukasa's always like "wtf?"

Ohh and I recommend watching 555/Faiz good series intriguing story that get's you hooked, and the series is more geared to adults as opposed to happy go lucky OOO and Comedy ridden Den-O

Re: Kamen Rider: which ones to watch?

Ah, so I basically need to forget everything from the different worlds in Decade when watching the other shows, right?

Yup. The Riders in Decade aren't the same people as the ones in the TV shows. Basically, you can get into Decade with little to no knowledge of past Kamen Rider series.

i got into Decade myself having only seen bits and pieces of Kamen Rider from youtube clips.
