Yeah, the tapes are quite nice, and at 10$US a piece for each tape as the set is 29.99US...its a decent deal and you get the Bee for free.
I set an order as I wanted to see how viable ordering from Target would be in the future for clothes and shoes and other items, so I put in an order for 90.00US or so, 120.00CAD and it broke out as is:
120.00CAD for items.
20.00CAD for Shipping....quite good as a similar size and weight box with First Class USPS would be about 24.00US.
The Import and Duties were what bites, at 35.00CAD or so...I am measuring if I got 3 of the sets from a seller on Ebay, would be about 120CAD for them to buy them. Their tax is 6% or so, the shipping would be 24.00US/30CDN or so. Assuming they wanted between 7.00 and 10.00 profit on each after searching them out for me, boxing them up and posting them to me...it might come out about the same as me ordering it from Target directly.
I searched that Borderfree company Target uses, many complaints, so to reduce and issues I did not have it sent to a POBOX as I was unsure if they would deliver it there. It is suppose to be passed off to Canada Post or maybe FedEx...not alot of specific info. to make sure..I assume it works as the Amazon.com service does...fees and taxes covered, no Brokerage Fees....but you pay 35.00CAD on top of everything for the experience. Not a great deal...lets see how it turns out. Order placed on Sunday night late...no confirmation order has been sent yet (its late Tues) or card charged.
Hope that experience helps a bit...Would have been nice just to go to Target locally, but at least we took ToysRUs from them.
