I think it's going to be for the WfC/next line. I'm more then certain we've seen all Animated has to offer us by now...MAYBE an exclusive here and there but the figures mentioned in this have already had activators molds for them in the animated line, so we should expect new molds.

Gonna take a stab in the dark here and guess this is an Activator based on all the hinges and bumper that would be better hidden in another class size.
