Lots of people with the takara mold had this issue too.

Fuck.

When I get mine on tuesday or wednesday I'm totally gonna soak those birds fins with silicon lube before trying to transform them!

Silicone Lube. Please tell me you work with electronics, right?

But yeah, that actually sounds like a good idea. Shouldn't attract dust or anything.

Re: Not a happy camper (MP Buzzsaw)

on a similar but not so similar topic...
does anyone notice the visor on soundwave has two faintly painted circles? (seems they are more like painted marks)

Sorry I dont have pictures atm.. but those who have the "yellow circles" on the visor will clearly know what I mean

Re: Not a happy camper (MP Buzzsaw)

Contact Hasbro Customer Service: They may have a buzzsaw in stock lol but not but they will send you a replacement Soundwave.

do the chat option:

there is 3 steps that they do

1 - they will send you a prepaid return box and mail you out another
2 - mail back Credit you what you paid for it
3 - you keep the one you have and they send you a new toy **

Har har. No I don't work with electronics, but a while ago I went and bought a spray can of silicone lubricant to use on toys. You don't want to use lubes like WD-40 because they are petroleum based and could cause the plastic to degrade.

Does anyone know what's causing the breakage? Are the joints just tight or is there maybe some excess plastic, like flashing, in there that's causing resistance?

Or 4 - they will tell you to send it in and because it's an exclusive item they might not have any and will just send you a similarly priced equivalent.

Yup, this is more likely to happen.
I contacted Hasbro b/c my HA Jazz was missing a piece and they ended up sending me 2 sets of Kreo toys that I have absolutely no interest.
