That wasn't what I said. I know it's common practice to accept it at parity, I said no one with 2 brain cells to rub together would hand over a 20 US bill at a value of 20 CND.
That statement is very much true, anyone handing over a bill valued at almost 30 dollars for 20, is clearly missing brain cells.
