classics skystalker

who he is= (from tf wiki)
Skystalker is a bit of a wimp physically, but makes up for it by being a conniving schemer with his eye on total control of the Decepticons. So far, he has total control of an interstellar shuttle that turns into a heavily armed base.

why he's not a micromaster anymore=
after his last definitive outing as autobot countdown's punching bag, skystalker was on his last electro-nerve.
good ol' countdown in his new "guzzler" sized body ,forgoing the rocketbase, decided in his infinate wisdom to fire off his giant shoulder rocket, taking away skystalkers interstellar cruiser.
that was stalker's tipping point.
once back at base,he immediately upgraded to a regular guzzler sized body, all the while salvaging what ever weaponry he could from the remains of his starship.he was able to cobble together two bfg's,capable of combining into what he likes to call "finale"...as when he meets with countdown next,it'll be a "final countdown".

basic repaint with added bits including:
vintage gijoe hammer side cannon
k/o onslaught rifle
tftm07 leader brawl turret tip
inside shaft of a bic lighter(gun post/grip on bigger bfg)
cybertron landmine vent pods
energon minicon(the one that's a delta wing bombber/robot/spinning ninja star thingy)his arms are what skystalkers ram air intakes/soulder launchers are made from.

the attached pic of what his g1 version looked like is from the net.

Re: classics skystalker

The orange and purple work like a dream! And I love the addition to the car hood. Great work as always, Chans.

nice job man

this one's got real special meaning to me.... was my first ever Micromaster. I recall you were fiddling with it at TFcon 2010

Re: classics skystalker

Otis, why you no work for BotCon? Because this is flocking awesome! Even without all the extras, just the paint, this makes a great Classics Skystalker which I would readily buy as part of a BotCon set or even a random Generations repaint.

Re: classics skystalker

Slick stuff my friend. A chans formers custom would not be complete with out huge ass weapons.

Re: classics skystalker

This is brilliant. The colors just pop and the angry Jazz head works better for a Decepticon than it does for Jazz.
