Tru orders late processing ????

I got my all 4 separate orders last week and 2 weeks ago, consist of 2 metroplex 3 soundwave 1 acid storm .. plus I got refund for all orders for the % 25 off because it was on sale ...

THIS IS MY QUESTION CONCERN:

When I checked yesterday my visa account there is only 1 transaction with refund , so my balance is only $25 instead of hundreds $$$..

Are they late on charging customers ? Is it just me or are u guys having the same situation ?

How many days after u get ur metroplex ? Because I got my initial order 2 weeks ago..

My single SW order through paypal was charged the same day it shipped. My order for 2 SW through my credit card was shipped onThursday, but they didn't charge my card until yesterday.

I still haven't received any news on my order. No email on shipping and no charge yet. I get the feeling TRU forgot about me... I ordered mine on Aug 25th, and noticed some people who ordered it way after me got theirs... I don't think that is right.

Stilll doesnt make sense to me they should charged visa before they ship

Tru charges before they ship. They will not ship until payment clears. It's the banks computers that take time processing 2,3 business days before it shows up on your Credit card...than bam! your in debt for a Soundwave Transformer with interest.

To bad went to the bank I adked them for transaction from previous 2 months they said nothing. . Then I asked them isnt it weird I was charged hundreds of $$ if I dont have transaction ?? Then she said "" oh it just pop up in my screen ": then she print my transactions..
