first off,props go out to tfw2005 board member "hippietrooper"!!!
after seeing his i just had to have one!!
instead of him being only a repainted g1 skullcruncher,i went and added in some evtra ball joints and articulation too.in short,no more g1 brick bot.
to try to make him like a updated version of the character,i tried to also incorporate alot of g1 elements into him too.
mods are=
- g1 ultra magnus head repainted as prime,with a post taken from bw's transmetals airrazor's pontoons.
- g1 smokestacks from g1 u/m added.
- g1 u/m lower calve halves,specifically to give him toe (diecast g1 toes)articutation and add more weight and "beef".
- skullcruchers rear alligator fin things were lopped off and repositioned to accommodate the needed room on his legs for the new toes.
- g1 u/m chest grill was chopped in half and screwed above and below his waist rotation point.
- original pivot post in his legs was cut down and fused in place.now he can do the splits.
- balljointed hips/crotch and upper thighs from a cybertron deluxe smokescreen were added to his chopped off g1 thighs.
- ball joints and upper arm cups were taken from a bw inferno,giving his arms full rotation,etc.
- his two bfg shoulder cannons can also be held as giant cannons,both built from g1 mangnus bot arms with 3/4" spacers added for the barrels.
- black rifle is a repainted k/o version.
- wheels on his legs are from the same cyb. smokescreen fig.
- the sword is from bionicle i think but i could be wrong.
later on,because his chest flap flips down,i still want to try to find a way to turn it into a matrix chamber or something.
