I think ultra Magnus is supposed to be bigger, he is even taller than Optimus prime, so I would say Galvatron should be Voyager size, he is same height as Rodimus Prime, which Rodimus Prime is the size of Optimus Prime, so he is in scale in other words.

You know, I wasn't too keen initially, but looking at the pics again, he's really warmed up to me. I'm happy with the voyager size point, too. He'll scale well with Prime and the '86 movie based figures that have come out already.

Having that third jet mode is a nice touch, too!

Why are we getting headmasters that are literally the articulation of 86' headmasters? Why can't they make little megatron articulated and fun like Magnus's little driver. Or is the just CG to give us an idea of it.
Galvatron still looks good.

Re: Titans Return Voyager Galvatron Official Images NYCC

Whoops, didn't see this other thread as I've been playing catch-up with the news and reading from the bottom-up.

But as I had wrote in the other thread.... I'm not impressed with this mold either for the same criticisms - the hollow forearms are an eyesore and likely also means no wrist swivel (much like Mania King in that last regard), but the tread kibble under triceps do a horrible job of trying to fill the lack of width of the arm altogether and is very distracting.

Torso also looks too squat and kinda fat.... the red abs should be lower on the body somehow in proportion to the head, or that the head isn't big enough, or that the detail of the red abs are simply too large in comparison to the size of the torso.

Nope, think I'm going to hold onto my Mania King this time around. For those that criticize the horns on Mania King being too exaggerated, it's an easy fix to take an emery board to sand down the pointed tips.

Would anyone here buy a Maniac King that isn't even official
for a hundred bucks and sand down the horns though? This Galvatron is a voyager, I assume around 30 dollars? And u don't have to butcher the figure and it'll still be Galvatron. Maniac King doesn't even look like Galvatron especially the head from the first time I saw it on the internet, just my opinion.

I liked the idea of a leader buy as a voyager blech !!!! this thing does look like shit but compared to the universe one it is leaps and bounds better.

So glad I have my mania king will get this might feel better in hand but right now I am not buying into the hype

Nice CGI rendering. Hasbro doesn't even bother to show stock photo of a hand painted model.

But I will wait and see what the final production figure will look like. And will definitely want to see Takara's version. Maybe he will get more anime accurate look like having silver gray neck collar.

Hopefully this figure provides Takara some experiences for MP Galvatron.
