Yeah, there's so many positive parts to using Amazon JP, they are my go-to whenever possible for pre-orders from Japan. - Amazon takes the 10% Japanese tax off the price (not all e-retailers do) giving you an extra discount.
- You pre-pay the Canadian taxes on that reduced amount with $0 in processing charges (Canada Post charges $10, couriers outside of Amazon's often charge more)
- The item ships by DHL, which is ridiculously fast (2-4 business days to Atlantic Canada for me, usually)

Yeah, I do like using them for those reasons.

Excellent, thanks guys. Hopefully EB puts these up soon so I don't have to give Bezos any money.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Yeah I just got these pre-orders in as backups as it's half a tank of gas between me and Transformers so I can't check in store often.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Thanks theoneyouknowleast!
Quick question though, are we getting ripped off with the Canadian prices? Rodimus is $79.99 USD on BBTS (which is $100 CAD) and the Ark is $159.99 USD on their site (which is $200 CAD). Amazon has both Rodimus and the Ark listed at $120 CAD and $250 CAD respectively. I know that we get free shipping from Amazon, but that's a pretty big price difference.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Thanks for links! I just pre-ordered a galvatron. Hopefully the release dates don't get pushed back. Really looking forward to this figure.
