Anything you order by mail from outside of canada over $20 will have custom fees. The fee is $10 + gst/PST on the item. If you don't get charged, you got lucky.

i didnt get dinged customs with tfsource though. you have to tell them how much to declare for customs, and they do not ship with packing slips or invoices
I had an MISB figure arrive with box damage, that didn't appear to have been caused during shipping. It's just nice to know the condition before you spend hard earned money on something. I did order from them a couple of other times before that and it was completely fine. As far as I remember there were no customs charges any of the times.
