the paint was first spray bombed automotive matte white enamel x2 light coats as primer,then hand brushed "humbrol" flat white enamel again as the top coat.

the base coat is spray bomb which dries to the touch within 5-10 min,but it actually takes almost 18 hours to fully harden.
the handbrushed humbrol white enamel actually took waaaaay longer as i had to do it while doing multiple light brush coats and going back and forth with the glow in the dark paint in the grooves,then trim again with the brushed white.
no thinners required.
