so i repainted a wreck-gar (kind of...)

so i'll start off by saying besides doing some minor paint stuff for TFCON stronghold, this is my first attempt at painting a figure. with all the junkion troop building hoopla i figured i'd try my hand at one in a "red/black" color scheme... i think i did ok... gonna go back and paint some more at some point... the yellow on the arms into black, and the brown panels that the ball joints for the shoulders are on will have to be either black or red too. here're some pics!

comparison shot with a stock wreck-gar:

and i never really meant for it to be in bike mode, but i was curious how it looked:

oh and the hardest part about it all? putting the f**king thing back together after taking it apart. JEEZUS.

Sweet, Bedtime! Hey, how'd you make the front light assembly of the bike clear red? Remove the old paint and add clear red paint, or is it a new part?

Yep that's exactly it! That light fixture piece is painted clear plastic so you can just strip it and yeah I have some clear red and used that
