Botcon Scalper Prices Begin...

Eh, that's not outrageous for Terrorsaur. It will be the most rare toy as only available as a freebie to attendees. You couldn't buy it.

Obviously prices will settle later in the summer, and when TFCC puts the leftovers on the Club store in the next couple weeks. They've already warned against buying the Magnaboss stickers or Megatron Rubber Ducky for inflated prices off ebay and will be making more.

Terrorsaur is going to be the hardest to acquire. I'd probably pay $120 cdn for him but if I can't get him, meh.

I'd say the scalper prices started from last Saturday when TM3 Megatron started hitting $600. Don't think it matters much since most people will pay that and they are exclusives so always up to the market if they want to pay that much

I got mine for less before it begun. I won't say mine is a good deal though.

I am now hating myself for not getting a Megatron when the prices on one is still reasonable . Now most BIN listings are $600+ and I am sure the final prices on the auctions won't that far away.

Not that I support the outrageous prices but Ages has it on for $350 USD

Wasn't Botcon MW Starscream a freebie too? It can be had for $45-75 now.

I am a proud supporter of shaming scalpers...always will and I don't care how many warnings I get..scalping is not in keeping with the values of the TF collecting community

I learned from overpaying a bit on the waruders last year - they will be on the club store for what they sold at botcon this or next week. Buying now is just silly. A lite patience and the prices will come down.

The only ones that'll potentially be at a crazy price are Megatron and Airazor given both sold out.

And we don't know what other online stores will price theirs for; I think only A3U has listed them so far.
