Beast Hunters Beast Fire Predaking & Ultimate Optimus Prime listed on TRU.ca

Preorders are up for Ultimate Predaking ($60) and Ultimate Optimus ($70) on the TRU website.

I'll say this: Beware of TRUs shipping practices. Last time I got stuff from them it wasn't pretty. 3 deluxes crammed in a box that could physically hold no more than 2, and then 2 voyagers in a appropriately sized box, but the packagings had been draw on with a larger marker.

While meanwhile, last time I ordered two Voyagers from them, they SPLIT THEM UP AMONG TWO BOXES.

Seriously, WHY? The box could hold two.

I don't know the answer to that question but it could be worse. I ended up with over a 1/2 dozen boxes for my order. ONE ITEM IN EACH BOX! see attached pic for the first batch

Mine from the US were fine, I will see how this order does. I guess as long you are not keeping them in the box or the box it would be fine. Maybe we should email them to add a collector shipping option??

LL that's ridiculous and a waste of resources. Similar thing happened to me with the GDO Voyagers, separate boxes for each sku. There was no packaging inside the boxes so the items could freely jiggle around. Even worse though is they use FedEx that never leaves the items at my door, so I had to go to their pickup center for each package... blah! Oh well, beggars can't be choosers I suppose

Hell no, sir. You suggest we let them know we want to pay more to get our figures in good shape/packed the way they should be!? Nahhh.

Do as I did. when I saw my figure packagings all crushed and torn, I took the phone and called them up. I'm not the kind to complain, but this time I just had to. First the rep was telling me to go exchange the figures in a brick and mortar store. Not gonna happen. I ordered online because I don't have a TRU near me. Then he offered to take the figures back so I could order them again. Nope. Same shit will happen. In the end, he offered to refund shipping, which I accepted. Ironically, the guy messed up and refunded me the 3 figures minus shipping, hah.

So yeah, when they get enough complaints about their shipping dept, they might wake up. That's the way to go.
