BadCube Brawny, is more MP than CHUG. And I don't think he will fit good with the rest of the Deluxe class figures. And Legends Classic Brawn, doesn't feel like Brawn to me

Then, I would just swap heads replacing TR Brawn's head with Titan Master Brawn, It gives it more of a G1 look. And what is he holding a shield? Is he afraid to get shot on the shoulder again?

The heads are pretty much the same. The shield is there for the Outback retool. That's why there's a tire on it.
