Re: Hasbro Masterpiece Bluestreak released in Canada

I wouldn't buy if it was the retail 90. I missed out mp prowl clearance at 50. But was offered for 60 so I jumped on it.

Re: Hasbro Masterpiece Bluestreak released in Canada

Based on usd exchange, prowl and streak are pretty similarly priced.

If prices are like this, hasbro is gonna have to step their game up, like adding all cassettes with soundwave, to get this collector buying.

Take advantage of the Japanese super special pre order pricing.

That way you won't have to pay more and hate the world for it.

What was the price that people were trying to get rainchecks for devastator and Jetfire for?

I had a 40 % off devastator raincheck when it was listed at $150 but hat all changed when the price went up and the sku changed.

I'd have to agree; I doubt Starscream will be priced the same as Bluestreak. I'd guess he'll be in the $99 to $109 range based on recently skewed prices TRU has provided us for MPs.

Starscream is priced at $89.99 at TRU just like Bluestreak. I got a raincheck yesterday so when he comes in I'll get him for $62.97, the price Bluestreak is on sale for right now.

Is it just minor differences versus the Takara MP Streak? Contemplating if I should pass on this.

Other than the boxes, there are no differences as far as I've seen or heard. If you can get him while the sale is on, he's worth picking up unless you can find the Takara version cheaper somewhere. I'm very happy with mine, and I thought I'd never bother with him after buying Silverstreak. I can't wait for MP-18B now.
