Better than Amazon with their shitty employment practices IMO but I get it. Only so many places to get these things and Hasbro does not make Pulse very attractive for Canadians.

You should move to Ontario, so far I have had great experiences from the service of the local employees at various locations.

It was the online/regional aspect of customer service. I contacted them to resolve an issue with an item I didn't receive and they passed me off to "the appropriate manager" who then proceeded to never contact me. And 3 attempts to e-mail the customer service department later, even they stopped responding.

EB's customer service is hit or miss for me. I eventually get over it & return to check things out in the store but then again I've also had bad experiences with Walmart & TRU's same old line "All we have is what is on the shelf" & Amazon's crappy method of put "everything in an envelope" shipping.
