Fansproject Core Website

Hey everyone,

So, I tried to sign up for an account with Fansproject Core a while go. I did everything correctly, hit the submit button, and got the "A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly' message.

Well, its been a few months, and I haven't received anything from them. I've sent multiple email inquiries, password change requests, and I still haven't gotten anything.

Plus, I don't remember my username I signed up with, basically because I never had need to since I never recieved any emails from them.

I also tried signing up with a different email, did everything correctly, including the math question, yet I get a message saying
  • CAPTCHA session reuse attack detected
  • CAPTCHA session reuse attack detected
  • The answer you entered for the CAPTCHA was not correct
Someone tell me what that means exactly? If it means the math question, can someone tell me how 2+3 DOES NOT EQUAL 5! I keep entering the correct answer everytime.

I sent them one more email, but at this point, as much I hate to say it, I may never buy FP again...

Any advice? Anyone else have or had this problem?

Re: Fansproject Core Website

fansprojectcore isn't the same as fansproject

fansjprojectcore seems to have not done much in a very long time. I would lower your expectations

So, I've sent a bunch more emails, and still heard nothing back. No one else has had these problems?

Re: Fansproject Core Website

Speaking for myself here, I simply haven't tried and probably won't unless Glacialbots are in fact exclusive...I had a membership and got Steelcore last year, but the inconsistency in how they've done business and communicated with the fan base has me very cautious. Maybe they can do a reboot...who knows...

I still full support Fansproject tho... I'm just not crazy about Fansproject core.

Makes me realize how much our awesome online retailers shelter us from crappy transactions...I'd rather support them...

@Cpl. Chrissandwich: same exact thing happened to me buddy!

@EchoTF: agree! Hopefully we'll get the rest of the Glacialbots through some online retailer. Still missing Tusker
