Re: Adult Lego Fans
Galaxy Squad looks pretty cool, like it will mesh well with Mars Mission and Space Police III.
Some nice mechs in the series.
Legends of Chima looks like the successor to Ninjago combined with a bit of Exo-Force and MegaBloks Dragon Universe.
If any robot mechs come out, I'll pick them up. Aside from that, might pick up a few of the minifigures. The ravens remind me of Samurai Pizza Cat's Bad Bird and his Ninja Crows.
The other animals also remind me a bit of Samurai Pizza Cats in the broadest sense, but if I mix some in with Castle and Viking sets I'll have decent Khajiit and Argonian minifigures from the Elder Scrolls. Or customize into some Thundercats. Also wouldn't hurt to cannibalize them into TMNT as some other mutants.

Re: Adult Lego Fans
Went Lego crazy today:
At my local TRU, I found the Ninjago Temple of Light set for my little guy and DC Superheroes Batman vs Mr. Freeze: Aquaman on Ice plus The Bat vs Bane: Tumbler Chase sets for me. Bad TRU for breaking street dates.
From the Lego Store, I got some Lego Friends set for my girl and some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for me (Stealth Shell in Pursuit, Turtle Lair Attack, & Shredder's Dragon Bike). Just put out on the shelves today.
My wife kidnapped all my stuff for Christmas and Birthday. Still excited when you can find 2013 sets in 2012.
Go check your local stores!

Re: Adult Lego Fans
I don't suppose anyone picked up extras of that ghost-with-grandfather-clock polybag a couple months ago? I'm dying for one, but can't find it anywhere locally :/

I'll see what I can do in the next week or so, there seems to be an abundance of these sets constantly rotating onto store shelves at one of my TRUs, not sure if it'll sell out during the Christmas Holiday as it is more asscoiated with Halloween, but you never can tell.
If I do find one perhaps we can work out some kind of trade negotiation. http://www.actionfigurenews.ca/board...ad.php?t=12269
Those are my current wants, and finding the City Polybags are a real pain in the aft at the moment. With exception to the small race car all the police and mining stuff are G O N E gone.
I hope I can help you out, would you like one or if I can swing it two? Because let me tell you these buggers are addictive enough I myself already have two and have been floating around picking up a third.

Mine too lol. I was hoping to score another Batcave but there was no Lego left except Prince of Perisa. I didn't even know they had Lego for that movie hahaha.

Beyond me, but I was under the impression that if something gets far enough along to be seriously considered, they'll have all that worked out before making a final choice.

Re: Adult Lego Fans
So... picked up all of the TMNT sets, and have most of them built already XD I found the Lair, Shredder Cycle and the Stealth Shell set in my local Lego store, and the rest online.
I still need to build Baxter Stockmans mecha & the Shellraiser. That's tomorrow! Kind of sad that the Baxter Stockman set only comes with one Mouser though Oh well
