The only time I've ever done a ship to store, they didn't ship it and then eventually cancelled it without telling me. So I've never done it again.

I got my pipes and slammer shipped to a Walmart and it only took a few days for them to arive so you guys who haven't recieved it maybe should worry sorry to say

I made two separate ordered for Pipes and Slammer on Feb 17th and 19th, both to my local store. They took about a week to get there, but both arrived.


(I know both are before the 20th, but maybe it's helpful info anyways)

Orders to store take way longer than direct to home in my experience.

The app is also unreliable.

You have to wait for the email updates.

I received my order that I put in on the 20th and shipped to my house.
I tried the ship to store once and it was nothing but a pain in the arse, so I've never bothered trying it again.

I wouldn't worry about this.
I have placed a bunch of orders to ship to store and most of the times, it arrive late, but I have always received it.

I'm also waiting for my Airazor and Slammer to arrive.

Honestly, it really depends on how close you live to a WM distribution centre.

Most ship-to-store actually just courier to the store directly.

Walmart near me is close to Brampton which seems to be where a lot of my ship to store come from. Often I notice the tracking provided shows the store received the item but they take a few days sometimes to process it and send out the email to come pick it up.

There has been a couple times where its been over a week where I never got the email, called them up and they eventually find it misplaced or not processed yet.

Check your tracking to see if the store in fact received it yet.

Honestly if it isn't in your hands, you should be a bit worried.


I did ship to store almost always until my last 2 orders that didn't make it to the store, and I finally gave up and went straight to delivery.


One was the Quintesson Judge from Earthrise that just never shipped to the store and they just cancelled my order when I called.


The second was the MOTU:Origins Castle Grayskull. That one never got to the store (allegedly). However when I went in one day they had 2 on the shelf!!!! I asked about taking one, but was told to call. I called, they said it wasn't available at the store. I told them there were 2 on the shelf. They said wait until they checked. I waited almost a week, got a call, and they cancelled the order saying just to buy it in store.


So needless to say that was the end, and I haven't shipped to store since. Only delivery to my house.
