So what's Hasbro's excuse for removing the combiner pegs from the actual deluxes?

It's because it would make the toy too good and maybe worth buying. We can't have that.

BTW anybody know where I can get the Transtruck Engineering Combiner Robot team for less than the $50-$60 it's going for now.

People would stop buying the Cyberverse ones, considering PBH Deluxes are at 9.92 (because of the simplified designs) at Wal-Mart, and the Cyberverse Legion figures are at like 7.92 or some ridiculous price like that.

Also cause they had no plans to do the other characters to make a full team, so why tease it.

Re: transformers knock offs

dunno if this is the right place to ask this (i just did a quick search for knockoff pages on the boards, which brought me here), but does anyone know anywhere in toronto that sells KO's? this is just out of curiosity, i remember hearing a few years back that it was possible to find a cheap devastator or superion KO set in chinatown or other g1/beast series KO's, so i'm wondering if anyone knows any shops or vendors for those in the area
