*EDIT* Never mind. Seemed to have issues with applying the coupon to an order with the same account, so I created another account.

Yeah, TRU's site is broken as hell. Just signing in broke the cart for me. So I ended up having to checkout without signing and just used the PayPal option.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Called in and got the price adjustment. No dice getting them to apply it to the pre-coupon value though. So basically they gave me a buck something back for each of the three I ordered with the coupon.

That really sucks.

Because
($17.99 * 3) - $10 = $43.97
(($17.99 - 25%) * 3) = $40.48

So you only got ~$3.50 back?

But
(($17.99 - 25%) * 3) - $10 = $30.48

I would've just returned your existing ones, and re-bought them at the sale price and use the coupon code.

Yeah, if I lived near a TRU it would have been worth it. I'm over an hour away which is why I ordered online. The original ones are already open so I would of had to order the new set, and then return those ones saying they were the original set. That was my argument for the CSR, saying I could buy them now on sale AND use the coupon so I should get that difference, but it wasn't happening.

Oh well, in the end I basically got everything at the sale price, and just didn't get to use the coupon. If anyone ends up trying to do the price adjustment with the coupon and has better luck than me, let me know.

I didn't know you can call in to get a price match done? I bought the superion limb set back on Feb 28th. Does anyone know how long the price match holds up?

45 days, so you are still good. Items must be showing on the TRU site with the sale price.
