I didn't like Beast Wars/Machines at all, but I don't go making threads to stir things up about it and antagonize those who did like BW/BM.
Just accept that with a universe as diverse as TFs are, there are going to be some takes you like and some you don't. That's fine, but please respect that others did enjoy that take and it is a real downer to have it attacked constantly in our faces.

I totally respect that you liked the movie, but I think you may be misinterpreting criticism of the movie as criticism of yourself and of the people who enjoyed and loved the movie, which isn't, and shouldn't be the case. I mean all of us like movies that others consider crappy. For some gosh darn reason I like Waterworld. But I can see the flaws and I can see why some people can mock it till the cows come home. In fact, I even mock the movie. I don't think this thread is mean spirited. It's just pointing out and exagerating some of the mock worthy things in ROTF.
I mean, as fans of TF, how many of us can poke fun of Megatron and how he's always retreating, and how Starscream can't even get rid of Megatron when he shoots him in the back. When we poke fun at these characters it doesn't mean we're poking fun at those who's favorite characters are Megatron and Starscream. They're just things that are humorous. They're not reflections of those who like those characters. Starscreams an overambitious idiot, but the fans of him aren't. Just because some call ROTF a bad movie doesn't mean they're calling those who like it bad or anything else negative.
