At Dorkside you were able to just order the BAF figure. But it ended up costing me $115 with shipping and conversion and a few other figures

I've used Dorkside for Star Wars figures a few times, and it's always a good experience. Shipping is very reasonable to Canada. I think I bought a full wave of four 6" Black Series figures for $20 US shipping. I like how they offer single figures from exclusives sets. Saves me money and it's super convenient. But as soon as that preorder is active, you better get it cause they usually have limited stock for this type of item. No hassle preorder cancellation policy as well. No risk, really.

That is the BAF Hulkbuster (Mark 44) with SH Figure Art's Mark 45. It's a bit smaller than other Marvel Legends suits.
Marvel did not make a Mark 45 only repainted the Mark 42 into the Mark 43. Mark 43 came in the Thanos BAF wave.
