Tony usually balances out his lower pricing with a higher shipping cost. RobotKindgom operates in a similar way. At the end of the day when you add up the listed price plus shipping, it's not that far off what other e-tailers are asking for but sometimes you still finish ahead because you minimize the risk of duty fees, and when it's coming from the east, it's usually cheaper than buying from our neighbours to the south when they likely have to get it from the east as well so you're reimbursing the costs the US seller had to pay to get the product into their hands.
