Loose/stiff ball joints/pegs, sloppy paint apps, and misassembled parts or even missing parts I can understand, but physical defects in the plastic is where I draw the line. Injecting plastic into the molds to me, seems like the most basic step in the process, and should rarely have any hiccups. I'm not saying plastic defects never happen but it happened to me with 3 different molds of the same character

Unfortunately I got HA BB online and movie 1 modern Camaro from my local toy store. I did however get BBB at Walmart and did just that.
The new one doesn't have the stress plastic streak but has a bit of excess plastic and missing paint app. on the left side of the front Chevrolet logo. I put a bit of red paint on the spot, it's not perfect but I can live with it.
I rarely return or exchange a figure. Usually the problems are loose parts and sloppy paint apps and I try to fix them myself. I'm just stubborn like that
