Kubo and the two stings was very good, very impressed with the stop motion animation. Did you stay to the very end? If you did it showed them animating the giant skeleton which was apparently the largest stop motion figure ever animated.

Coincidentally, I bumped into Karen Allen (Marion Ravenwood) at the Port Townsend Film Festival in Washington State last weekend. She was a featured speaker in support of her independent film that screened at the festival. She then intro'd an outdoor screening of Raiders Of The Lost Ark. So cool to watch amongst all the Victorian seaside architecture!

Just watched Suicide Squad. Way better than expected. Deadpool was boring in comparison. I hate Will Smith as an actor but he was good in this. Him and Harley stole the show. DC giving Marvel competition for once.

It's the new 2016 Japanese Gojira movie. It is co-directed by Neon Genesis Evangelion creators Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi.
It is being released in North America by Funimation on very limited run.
